PROBIOTIC is a mineral lick made to support healthy digestive and immune function in horses. It is particularly recommended for young horses in a phase of rapid growth, performance horses exposed to stress and heavy training loads, older horses, horses in recovery and those sensitive to changes in feed or weather.

The live yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae in the lick supports the growth of beneficial gut flora, regulates intestinal pH and increases the digestibility of the fibre in hay. The horse then makes better use of the nutrients in the feed, which means more energy, performance and health. Added vitamins and minerals (including vitamins A, D3 and E, copper, zinc and selenium) raise the nutritional and functional value of the product still further.
