✨How does a nutrition consultation at Grassland work, and what do you gain from it?

No idea how or what to feed your horse? A Grassland nutrition consultation means putting together an individual diet for your horse, looking at its physical needs and its health.

📋 What information is needed for the consultation?

Simply fill in the questionnaire, which is in the “NUTRITION ADVICE” tab.

🩸Can a diet be put together for a horse without a full blood count?

If the horse is not showing feeding or health problems, a full blood count is not needed in order to plan a diet. Extra information is always useful, though!

🤔 How does the consultation work?

1. Add the nutrition consultation to the basket together with the other products.

3. To fill in any missing details, the nutritionist will phone you, so that the diet is practical for you.
4. Within 48h of completing the questionnaire you will receive the finished diet, together with a cost breakdown, by email.
5. If you want to change the diet, just contact the nutritionist by email or phone, whichever suits you better!

⏱️ How long does it take before you see the effects of the new diet?

Some horses respond to changes in the diet faster than others, and the effects also depend on health and on physical activity. The full effect of a diet can only be judged after a longer time, because an improvement in coat condition may show within a few weeks, whereas an improvement in muscle mass may take several months…
